We gasped when we unwrapped this platter when it first arrived in our shipment from Italy. It was hand painted in Baucina, a small town outside Palermo, Sicily, Italy. The art of the famed artisan De Simone inspired this beautiful artwork. The details are wonderful, whether have it for its connection to Sicily and to Italy, whether for its religious ties, whether for your love of animals, or for all the reasons and more! It can be used to serve food at the table, and of course it can hang from the wall as decor.
